DogSize.Net is a dog gear sizing project with a simple idea: understand your dog’s measurements, then use them to make more informed choices about fit.
WHY WE’RE HERE
A size label isn’t enough.
Each piece of gear needs different measurements, and manufacturers can use different size labels and measuring endpoints.
Our collar and harness calculators show every matching category in their sourced retailer references. Our crate calculator uses one explicit Zoetis home-crate clearance method.
The muzzle measurement checker compares recommended dog ranges only when endpoints and mouth posture match. The recovery cone calculator keeps neck range separate from forward rim reach. Neither supplies a universal size or verifies safety; cone dimensions cannot establish wound protection.
Measure once. Find the right fit. is our longer-term goal. Six tools are available today. Our bed calculator separates sourced lying-length guidance from measured width and curled diameter. Optional My Dog profiles let you explicitly save and reuse compatible measurements in this browser. Verified product-specific matches remain planned.

Explain the recommendation
Collar and harness results disclose the reference ranges, every overlap, and the measurement’s position. A reference category is distinguished from a verified product-specific match.
Keep sources with the data
Each reference includes its source URL and verification date. Read the collar or harness sources and method. Future product charts will be tied to the individual product.
Check the fit in real life
A chart cannot account for every body shape or product design. Manufacturer instructions and physical fit checks remain part of choosing suitable gear.
YOUR MEASUREMENTS ARE YOURS
Simple by design.
All six tools run in your browser. Calculating keeps entries in temporary memory and sends nothing to a server. Saving a dog measurement to My Dog is a separate, optional action. Candidate product dimensions are never saved. This version uses no accounts, analytics or cookies.
My Dog profiles stay in this browser, with no cloud sync or backup. Anyone using this browser can access them; they are not encrypted. Clearing browsing data may erase them. You can delete a measurement, a dog or all My Dog data.
There are no advertisements, affiliate links, or product recommendations in this version.
